Short-term letting in Bray-Dunes

Bray-Dunes lives off a geographical quirk: the Belgian border is two kilometres away. A large share of guests come from West Flanders and the Netherlands, often for long weekends and outside the French school holidays. That shifts the season and fills periods when resorts further south are ticking over.

The Dunes du Perroquet, a protected natural area on the edge of the commune, are a booking argument in their own right. A listing that leads with them, with photographs of the path and the beach, positions itself differently from a generic seaside listing.

The beach, very wide at low tide, is also a well-known spot for sand yachting and kite flying. These are sporting guests, loyal ones, who come back on the same dates every year.

We take on the whole operation: a multilingual listing (essential here given the Dutch-speaking guests), pricing, key handover, cleaning, linen and maintenance.

Your questions, our answers

Short-term letting in Bray-Dunes

Do you need a Dutch listing in Bray-Dunes?

It is a real advantage. A significant share of guests come from Dutch-speaking Belgium and the Netherlands. We write and translate the listings accordingly.

Is the season limited to summer?

No. Spring and autumn weekends work well thanks to Belgian guests, whose school holidays do not coincide with the French ones.

Do you manage second homes for owners who live far away?

That is the case for most of the properties we manage on the Côte d'Opale. You do not need to be on site, or even in the region.
