How much does your service cost and are there any hidden fees?

We are compensated solely based on the revenue generated: around 20% for a single property, and starting from 17% for 3 or more properties entrusted to us. Cleaning fees are paid by the travelers. No subscription or hidden setup fees: if your property earns nothing, you pay nothing.

How are you more cost-effective than in-house management?

With dynamic pricing, optimized listings, and multi-platform distribution, our owners see an average of up to +40% more revenue compared to self-management, with an Airbnb guest rating of 4.7/5. You save time and increase profitability.

What exactly do you do?

Everything: ad creation and optimization, professional photos, pricing, guest communication and selection, 7/7 welcome and check-in, professional cleaning, hotel linen, maintenance and monitoring. You track your income, we handle the rest.

Is my home protected during stays?

Travelers are screened, a security deposit may be requested, and our local teams respond quickly in case of an incident. We also recommend that you declare your short-term rental activity to your home insurance provider to be fully covered.

What about taxation and income tracking?

You receive a follow-up on your rental income, and we guide you toward the most suitable tax regime (LMNP, micro-BIC, etc.). We can connect you with an accounting partner if you wish.

Can I still use my property whenever I want?

Of course. The accommodation remains yours: you block out your dates whenever you wish. We simply optimize its profitability the rest of the time.
